Thank you for making this reunion a tremendous success! We were thrilled to have 70+ alumni from 20+ countries across cohorts join us for an epic reunion. The MIT Sloan EPGM Alumni Reunion brought together cohorts across years for a day of masterclasses, TEDx-style talks, startup pitches, and an unforgettable gala dinner on a yacht.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our alumni reunion event is being organized voluntarily by members of the alumni community. To make the event possible, we require a minimum number of confirmed registrations to cover venue, logistics, and related costs.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to achieve the required number of registrations, or if unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to proceed with the event, we may have to cancel or reschedule.

If the event is cancelled by the organizing committee, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Refunds will be initiated for the ticket amount actually received by the organizers, excluding any third-party processing, transaction, or credit card fees charged by the event platform (e.g., Luma) or payment gateways.
  • Typically, Luma and associated payment processors deduct approximately 8% in service and processing fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (for the eligible amount) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days of the event cancellation announcement.
  • In case the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or request a refund as per the above terms.

We appreciate your understanding that this is a community-led, volunteer initiative, and all proceeds go directly toward covering actual event costs.
